Return and exchange policy
Returns and exchanges are allowed within 14 days. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in its original condition.

Delivery Service
Orders are despatched from the United Kingdom and will be sent via Royal Mail/The Post Office by UK 2nd Class Postage on Monday to Friday. Royal Mail 2nd Class Post usually takes 2-3 business days. Once despatched, FROM AWES has no control over the delivery date of your order. If a rush/urgent order is required, please contact us by email, text Chat or Contact Form on this website.
International orders and sent via Royal Mail International and typicall take 3-7 business days. Please contact us directly if you require other delivery services. Local taxes may apply.
